DLA Global Conference Photos 2009

The launch of the Different Leaders Annual Global Conference at Credit Suisse offices in October last year attracted more than 180 key leaders in HR, Diversity and Talent Management as well as Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic leaders from the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA. This was a high impact, interactive leadership conference with phenomenal speakers and facilitators from around the world. Diversity remains a high agenda topic for businesses in the private and public sector with a real desire to make change. The key topics discussed were the future of diversity and inclusion, micro-triggers, Gen Y Different Leaders, Cracking the Corporate Code and maximum impact and leadership for different leaders. The conference was sponsored and hosted by Credit Suisse along with Odgers Berndston and the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
